Start with the Kickoff Assessment: set the athlete's primary goal and horizon date, hard guardrails (days/week, minutes/session, time window), injuries, equipment, stress level, and 12 benchmarks. The Plan Editor builds workouts in blocks — each with exercises, sets, reps, load, and RPE columns.
