The service

BAT OS provides software for coaches and organizations to create and publish training plans, review training history, use AI-assisted coaching tools, and support athlete training and logging.

Coaches and organizations make coaching decisions. Athletes use BAT OS within an authorized coaching relationship.

Under the current payment model, coaches or organizations pay BAT for software access. Athletes are not charged directly by BAT. A coach may separately charge an athlete for coaching outside BAT OS.

Eligibility and accounts

The pilot is available to adults aged 18 or older. Do not create an account for someone under 18 or enter under-18 athlete information into the pilot.

Provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Report suspected unauthorized access to hello@bestattraining.com.

When acting for a gym, coaching business, or other organization, you must have authority to act for that organization.

Coach and organization responsibilities

Coaches and organizations are responsible for the training decisions they make and for having the authority, notices, permissions, and agreements required to enter another person’s information.

Review training plans, athlete context, and AI-generated suggestions before making coaching decisions. Do not enter information you are not authorized to collect or use.

Do not represent BAT OS as providing medical care, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or emergency services.

AI-assisted features and training decisions

BAT OS uses third-party AI services to generate coaching suggestions, summaries, tags, and draft plans. AI output can be incomplete or incorrect. Coaches remain responsible for reviewing that output and deciding whether it is appropriate.

Relevant coaching and training information may be sent to an AI provider as described in the Privacy Policy. BAT OS does not currently provide a general setting that disables all AI processing.

BAT OS is training software, not a substitute for medical care or qualified professional judgment. It does not guarantee a particular training outcome or that an exercise is suitable for a particular person.

Subscription, free trial, and automatic renewal

The standard coach or organization subscription includes a 14-day free trial. A payment card is required through Stripe-hosted checkout. Unless canceled before the trial ends, the subscription becomes paid at US $39 per month.

After the trial, the subscription renews automatically each month at US $39 until canceled. The payment method provided at checkout is charged when the trial ends and at each subsequent monthly renewal.

The trial-end and billing dates associated with your subscription determine when charges occur.

Payment details are collected by Stripe. BAT receives billing and subscription information needed to administer software access.

How to cancel

There is no in-app cancellation button or self-service billing portal.

To stop renewal, email hello@bestattraining.com from the email address associated with your subscription. You can use the subject “Cancel BAT OS subscription” and the message “Please cancel my BAT OS subscription and stop renewal.”

No phone call or explanation is required. If your message does not identify the subscription, we may ask for the minimum information needed to locate it.

Cancellation is handled manually. We use the time your identifiable cancellation request reaches our mailbox—not the time we finish processing it—to determine whether it arrived before the next charge.

A request received before the trial ends prevents the first subscription charge. A request received before a monthly renewal prevents that renewal charge. We will email confirmation.

You may continue using the paid service through the end of the period already paid for. Cancellation does not automatically delete your account information or training records.

If a charge occurs because we process a timely cancellation late, we will reverse that charge.

Refunds

Paid monthly subscription fees are not prorated for unused time, except where applicable law requires a refund or BAT agrees otherwise.

This does not exclude refunds for duplicate or incorrect charges or charges resulting from BAT processing a timely cancellation late. Contact hello@bestattraining.com about a billing problem.

Your content

You retain the rights you have in information and content you submit.

You give BAT the limited permission needed to host, process, transmit, and display that content to operate the service, including the AI-assisted processing described in the Privacy Policy. This permission does not replace a consent or authorization required by law.

Coaches and organizations must have authority to provide athlete or prospect information. Do not upload or link content that infringes another person’s rights.

Using BAT OS does not transfer ownership of its software or branding to you.

Acceptable use

Do not use BAT OS to violate law, impersonate another person, gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with the service, submit fraudulent payment information, or infringe another person’s rights.

Do not use the service to make unsupported medical or safety claims.

Third-party services and exercise videos

BAT OS uses third-party hosting, authentication, database, payment, email, AI, and video services.

YouTube or Vimeo players may load when a training page or movement-detail view opens. Direct movement-video files may load from other hosts. These providers can receive browser request information and apply their own privacy practices and terms.

Coaches are responsible for selecting content they have authority to use. The availability of a linked video is not a guarantee that its instructions are appropriate for every athlete.

Availability and access restrictions

BAT OS may experience interruptions or errors. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free AI output, or particular coaching results.

We may restrict access to address misuse, unauthorized activity, nonpayment, security risks, or legal requirements. Nothing in these Terms removes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes to these Terms

We will update these Terms as the service or its terms change and revise the effective date above. Where applicable law requires additional notice or agreement, posting revised Terms alone does not replace it.

A later update does not retroactively authorize an earlier charge or change the terms of a completed billing period.
